The apartment is located in Murray Hill/Kips Bay, at the corner of 28th Street and 2nd Avenue. It is very easy to access Midtown but it is relatively separated from the crowded and noisy area.

[Interior]

375 square feet studio with kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, balcony, and an abundance of closet/storage space.

[Transportation]

5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the 6th train. Bus M15 and M16 are right across the building.

[Stores]

Grestedes supermarket is right at the first floor of the building. Chase, Citibank, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, Subway, and Dunkin Donuts are all within one block away. AMC Lowes Kips Bay movie theater is two blocks away.

[Amenities]

24 hours doorman and securities. Service center to pick up packages and deliveries. Laundry room is in the building. A small park, outdoor garden, basketball court, tennis court, gym are available for tenants in the community.

[Rent]

$2150 per month, which includes water, gas, and heat. Electricity and Internet are not included. Lease is available from September 2011 to February 2012.

28 Street和2nd Avenue路口，屬於Kips Bay/Murray Hill，是非常受歡迎的住宅區域，入住曼哈頓的首選。離Midtown近但是相對區隔於鬧區，不會太過擁擠喧鬧。社區組成以家庭和年輕上班族居多，治安非常良好。

[室內]

Studio，空間大，格局方正好佈置。適合一個人或是情侶居住。有一個頗大的陽台，有view，通風採光良好。收納空間多，具備一間walk-in closet。

[交通]

步行5-10分鐘可到地鐵6號線。門口就可以搭乘縱貫曼哈頓的M15公車，平均5-10分鐘一班車，非常方便

[店家]

大樓樓下就是Grestedes超市，過馬路就可到Chase, Citibank, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, Subway, Dunkin Donuts。兩個block以外就是AMC Lowes Kips Bay電影院，附近吃東西選擇非常多且方便。

[設施]

24小時doorman和securities，大樓有service center代收包裹和快遞。洗衣房在大樓內，機器很多，從來不需要排隊。社區具備公園，庭院，籃球場，網球場等公共空間。社區有合作的健身房但是須要付費，附近還有Crunch，New York Sports Club等健身房可選擇。

[租金]

$2150/Month。含水，瓦斯，暖氣；不包含電費，網路費。九月可入住，希望至少住到明年二月。
